At Westlake Dental Care, we’re committed to providing exceptional care at a fair and reasonable cost. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit. Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
If you have questions about your account or billing, please don’t hesitate to contact our office. In many cases, a quick phone call is all it takes to resolve any concerns.
Please keep in mind that patients are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of insurance coverage.
You will receive a monthly statement for any outstanding balances. Most insurance providers respond within 4 to 6 weeks. If your insurance payment is not reflected within that timeframe, please give us a call so we can follow up. Any remaining balance after insurance has paid is your responsibility, and we appreciate prompt payment.
If you require a monthly payment plan, please speak with us before your scheduled treatment so we can make the proper arrangements.
